The Legal Office organizes work to ensure compliance with the legal and organizational foundations of the university's activities. It ensures the correct and timely implementation of Ukrainian legislation and other regulatory legal acts.
The department participates in preparing orders related to university staff and higher education students, represents the university's interests in courts and other bodies during legal disputes, and ensures the proper application of the law. It works to prevent violations of employees' rights and legitimate interests.
Additionally, the department provides legal consultations to heads of structural divisions, individual employees, and students regarding the university’s operational, economic, and social activities. It directly prepares orders and other administrative documents that regulate the relationships between university departments.

- Tuition payments must be made cashless by transferring funds to the Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) account on a prepaid basis before the start of educational provision.

- Tuition fees for the 2023-2024 academic year for students who enrolled in 2023;
