On October 17, 2025, Lutsk National Technical University hosted an online "Training of Trainers" event organised within the framework of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) initiatives in cooperation with HP LIFE. The main goal of the training was to enhance the practical competencies of LNTU trainers in using HP LIFE tools to support students in developing business ideas, creating business models, and preparing business plans.
The event opened with welcoming remarks by Halyna Zherebetska, representative of the UNIDO project "Enhancing Economic Opportunities for Women and Youth for Inclusive and Sustainable Recovery in Ukraine." She emphasised the importance of integrating HP LIFE tools into the educational process, as they play a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurial thinking among young people.
First Vice-Rector of LNTU, Ms Nadiia Kovalchuk, also addressed the participants, highlighting the positive outcomes of previous stages of cooperation with UNIDO and HP LIFE. She outlined further areas of partnership aimed at supporting educational innovation and strengthening students' practical skills development.
Participants of the training from Lutsk National Technical University represented several academic departments. From the Department of Management, the attendees included Nataliia Koretska, Daryna Smolych, Oksana Zelenko, and Nataliia Kutsai. Iryna Lorvi and Viktoriia Mariuk represented the Department of Marketing, while Oksana Polinkevych took part on behalf of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Logistics. Viktoriia Dorosh, Nataliia Chyzh, Vadym Polishchuk, Tetiana Korobchuk, Lesia Ishchuk, Anzhela Nikolaieva, and Nataliia Mostovenko represented the Department of Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
The training was conducted by Anis ALLAGUI, an international entrepreneurship expert implementing global UNIDO initiatives to advance entrepreneurial education and foster innovation-driven learning.

During the session, participants explored innovative approaches to teaching entrepreneurship, including the principles of design thinking, facilitation of the learning process, and the practical application of the HP LIFE methodology in startup development.
The trainer emphasised that the training aimed to "renew the capacity of educators so that they can effectively facilitate the process of creating entrepreneurial projects — acting not only as mentors but as partners who help students unlock their full potential."

At the event's conclusion, participants shared ideas on further integrating HP LIFE tools into the educational process. They agreed to form a group of students who will continue their work through coaching sessions led by UNIDO international experts
