On October 8, second-year architecture students took part in another field trip as part of the course "Architectural Design of a Single-Family Residential House."
The event was organized by a senior Lecturer of the Department of Architecture and Design, Maksym Kozel.

The object of the excursion was a private house kindly presented by Maksym, senior Architect at the architectural and construction company "BTrend," who was directly involved in its design.
During the visit, students learned about the specifics of the construction process, the challenges faced during project implementation, and the modifications made at the building stage.

Special attention was paid to the nuances of flat roof design, technical detailing, and communication with clients. The architect answered students’ questions in detail, explaining complex aspects and sharing valuable professional experience.
This excursion was a great opportunity to see and understand how our knowledge can be applied to real-life construction!
