On November 6, an open meeting was held between LNTU students of the “Construction and Civil Engineering” educational program and representatives of the company PROFINSTALL (Kyiv) – Chief Engineer Andrii Makhlovets and HR Manager Darina from Profinstall.
PROFINSTALL has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2014 and has been ISO 9001 certified since 2022. The company is a leader in the field of design, installation, and automation of engineering networks, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and industrial cooling systems. It also acts as a general contractor for clean rooms, food production facilities, the pharmaceutical and medical industries, as well as providing technological pipelines, heat and cold supply, and automation and dispatching of climate and engineering systems.

During the meeting, students learned about the company’s key areas of expertise, including project management, design, installation and automation of engineering networks, equipment and materials supply, and maintenance services. They also gained insights into the development of modern engineering in Ukraine, the most in-demand professional profiles in the sector, and the career opportunities available for students and graduates. Additionally, the company presented its internship opportunities, short-term “Welcome Day” programs, and practical training options at PROFINSTALL.
The speakers of the meeting skillfully captured the attention of the students — all the information was presented in an engaging and friendly manner. The participants actively joined the discussion, asked questions, and received branded souvenirs from PROFINSTALL.
