The Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) delegation visited the Lublin University of Technology. LNTU has long-standing cooperation in international programs and educational projects. The delegation included Tetiana Korneiko, Head of the International Relations Office; leading specialists of the International Relations Office, Olha Hnatiuk and Snizhana Typa; and Associate professors of the Department of Building and Civil Engineering, Mariia Smal and Nataliia Ilchuk.
During the visit, the LNTU delegation proactively met with Celina Hansel, Head of the International Education Department at Lublin University of Technology. Participants discussed prospects for further cooperation, including:
- A semester of free education in Polish for LNTU students;
- Organization of an introductory tour for Ukrainian students to Lublin University of Technology;
- Implementing a joint psychology project to improve students' mental health at both universities.
In addition, the LNTU delegation met with Pawel Komada, Dean of the Faculty of Electronics and Informatics. Participants discussed opportunities for cooperation between the faculties in academic mobility, joint research, and experience exchange.
Associate Professors of the Department of Building and Civil Engineering, Mariia Smal and Nataliia Ilchuk, met separately with Michal Pienko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture. They discussed new student mobility opportunities, including online lectures for LNTU students. Mr. Michal also introduced the delegation to the faculty's latest laboratories, where students and faculty conduct modern research.
Moreover, the LNTU delegation met with Monika Kulish, Doctor of Engineering at the Faculty of Management, Lublin University of Technology. During the conversation, participants discussed ways to develop cooperation between faculties and new initiatives that could be implemented within the framework of inter-university partnerships.
The visit of the LNTU delegation to the Lublin University of Technology once again confirmed the importance of long-term partnership relations between universities. They outlined new horizons for the development of educational and scientific cooperation.
