On the initiative of the Youth Center, students of Lutsk National Technical University — Anna Klymovets, Sofia Heneliuk, Daryna Kalish, Dana Viktorenkova, and Yuliia Svyryd — participated in a youth exchange program under Erasmus+ in Poland.

The project topic, "Challenges of Youth in the European Union Labour Market," is one of today's most pressing issues.
The central part of the program consisted of workshops and training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by youth in the EU labour market. Participants developed key professional skills, including teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability to change. Practical intensives helped them master new tools to overcome challenges and expand their professional horizons.

Another essential part of the program was cultural evenings, during which each country presented its traditions, music, national dishes, and cultural heritage. These events not only acquainted participants with the richness of different cultures but also fostered friendly relationships in an informal atmosphere.
A separate activity that brought warm emotions was the "Secret Friend" game. Participants exchanged gifts and sincere wishes, creating an atmosphere of joy and support.

At the end of the program, an excursion to the picturesque Zakopane was held. Participants had the opportunity to enjoy the incredible mountain views and feel the peace and comfort of this charming town, which became a natural source of inspiration.
Throughout the program, participants were accompanied by an unforgettable, friendly atmosphere filled with fun, mutual understanding, and inspiration. It was not just a trip but an event that left a lasting impression in the participants' hearts, opened new perspectives, and provided invaluable experience!
