From December 5-10, 2022, at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France), training sessions and working meetings of the consortium took place according to the tasks of the Erasmus+ project "Teacher Certification Centres: Innovative Approaches to Teaching Excellence (UTTERLY)" No. 619227-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP. The Lutsk National Technical University project coordinator was Prof. Nataliia Vavdiiuk, head of the Department of Management.

Prof. Jan Borm, Vice President for International Relations at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, outlined the priorities for the university's development strategy and its international activities. Leaders of various departments shared their experiences implementing teaching and research competencies while teaching disciplines and conducting scientific research.

Prof. Asta Raupelene and Prof. Aiste Ragauskaite (Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania) conducted training on determining the competencies of academic and non-academic staff. They characterized the internal quality assurance system, the structure and tasks of the Centre for Professional Competence Development, and the competency development model for academic and non-academic staff.
Prof. Mariusz Mazurkiewicz, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland), conducted training on developing new educational programs.

Project manager Nikolai Teufel, from the University of Bayreuth (Germany), conducted training on teachers' intercultural communication in international projects.
Project partners from Ukraine presented the results of the implementation of work packages for 2022 and discussed and planned project activities for 2023.
Prof. Svitlana Tsymbaliuk and Assoc. Prof. Olena Bulavina (Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman) characterized the stages of the process of forming and implementing the Teaching Excellence Strategy, regulatory documents for the functioning of the Teaching Excellence Center, and conducted training on preparing the documentation for opening the Center, its status, and filling the programs of teaching excellence.

The main results of the project coordination meeting are:

  • Formation of a document package for the creation of teaching excellence centres,
  • Distribution of powers and organizational interaction with other structural units,
  • Formation of syllabi for training modules, their digitization, determination of performance and self-sustainability indicators,
  • Establishing cooperation with other centres of teaching excellence in the consortium, and more.
