From April 9 to 11, 2025, lecturers from Lutsk National Technical University—Associate Professors of the Department of Automobiles and Transport Technologies, Valerii Dembytskyi, Viktor Samostian, Oleh Zakharchuk, and Viktoriia Kotenko—participated in an international training school for academic staff. The event took place at the Evripos Campus of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Psachna, Greece) within the framework of the Erasmus+ project No. 101127683-DIGITRANS-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE, titled "Digital Transformation of the Educational Process in Ukrainian and Moldovan Higher Education Institutions for Sustainable Cooperation with Enterprises."

For three days, participants discussed modern approaches to digitalising higher education, exchanged experiences implementing innovative educational technologies, including gamification in Moodle and remote learning, and explored successful collaborations between universities and businesses.

During the internship, participants explored and discussed the following topics:
- DIGITRANS project progress and 2025 plans, presented by the team from Riga Technical University.
- A representative delivered innovations in automotive batteries from DRAEXLMAIER.
- Gamification as a teaching strategy—an interactive session on developing game-based courses in Moodle, led by experts from NKUA.
- Experience in remote and blended learning, featuring the "Theory of Electric Drives" course from Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
- Simulations in electronics and microgrids using GeckoCircuits and Xendee—practical demonstrations of electronic system modelling tools.
- Implementation of digitalisation in education, based on Riga Technical University's experience.
- Visit the robotics laboratory and ELEMCO, a company specialising in lightning protection, grounding systems, and electromagnetic compatibility solutions.

Participation in the DIGITRANS training school marked a significant step in advancing the digital component within LNTU's study programmes.
The knowledge and practices acquired will contribute to:
- Enhancing the learning process
- Expanding international cooperation
- Implementing innovations that align with modern educational needs
