From September 22 to 26, 2025, Yuliia Dashchuk, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism, Hotel, Restaurant and Catering at Lutsk National Technical University, participated in a Study Visit for Cultural Institutions held in Krakow, Poland.
During the five-day program, participants could explore various forms of cultural and educational activities, meet organisations implementing projects under Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps, and share their professional experiences.

The objectives of the study visit were to deepen participants' knowledge of international cooperation in the fields of culture and non-formal education; enhance the professional competence of specialists working in cultural and educational environments; familiarize participants with the tools and opportunities offered by Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC); and develop practical skills for planning and implementing international projects based on examples of effective practices by Polish institutions.

LNTU representatives presented their own initiatives in developing cultural, educational, and tourism projects, including their experience collaborating with the Zhydychyn village community. Participants of the visit saw how innovative practices emerge at the intersection of education, culture, and tourism, contributing to enhancing educational programs, preserving local heritage, creating unique tourist products, and developing regional communities. The presented experience generated great interest among colleagues from other countries, demonstrating how local resources can serve as a foundation for international partnerships, educational programs, and new tourism initiatives.

Participation in the study visit allowed the LNTU team to showcase their practices and was an essential step in building international contacts. The new connections, partnerships, and ideas gained in Krakow open prospects for future collaborative education, culture, and tourism projects.
The event was organised in cooperation with the National Agency Fundacja Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji and the European Solidarity Corps, with the support of Erasmus+ Poland.
