Learning from the best is possible only from those who have already walked their path of formation and can share valuable advice on realising oneself, getting lost in the profession, and finding motivation for personal success.
Today, students in journalism of the "Media Communications and PR" program had the opportunity to learn from TV journalist Luiza Kyrymova, the author of the YouTube channel "Kirimova Live," and co-founder of the charitable foundation "Turbota PRO."

First of all, the speaker shared her background, including where she studied, her passions, and how she eventually entered the field of journalism. She emphasised that everyone has a unique talent, and the key is to give it a chance to develop and flourish. This principle, says Luiza Kyrymova, allowed her to realise herself in her beloved profession.
"Every public performance, every interview, every event participation is always exciting, regardless of the vast experience one has. Everyone gets nervous, including experienced TV hosts. If you're nervous, it means you have something to say; it means you care about your work, and you live and breathe it. It's essential to learn how to manage your nerves and fear and present yourself correctly," the lecturer shared.

Luiza Kyrymova gave students several practical tips on communicating with people of different ranks, including artists, politicians, and businesspeople. She advised me on approaching interviewees and conducting interesting and compelling interviews. Additionally, the TV journalist shared strategies for overcoming fear, shyness, and insecurities. Kyrymova recommended that future colleagues set specific goals, as these goals enable personal growth and more significant achievements.

The journalist shared her professional journey and the results she has achieved. After gaining experience working on television channels, Luiza Kyrymova now has her own YouTube project, "Kirimova Live," through which she creates interesting and unique interviews with prominent residents of Volyn and Ukrainians. Additionally, she is involved with the charitable foundation "Turbota PRO," which supports children with disabilities and those affected by the war, assists the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and works on city development projects.

The students were actively interested in journalism's intricacies, development and professional growth opportunities, methods for creating engaging video content, and secrets of motivation and inspiration.
"How to find the key to success in any field. Realise your talent, don't bury it," concludes Luiza Kyrymova.
