On October 27, 2023, the Department of Automobiles and Transport Technologies hosted an important event: an open lecture with representatives from leading enterprises in the automotive industry.
The event was attended by students specialising in 275.03 Transport Technologies (Automobile Transport) and 274 Automobile Transport. This event provided a unique opportunity for future professionals to gain invaluable experience and knowledge directly from practising specialists.

The head of the department opened the lecture, Vasyl Onyshchuk, who expressed gratitude for the participation and support of business representatives in the educational process. He also introduced the guests, who were highly qualified specialists in their field.
Among the lecturers were Tetiana Voitovych, employer brand development specialist at BusMarket Group, Volodymyr Kukhata, Head of LLC "Bosh Service Autodrome Lutsk," and Volodymyr Volynchuk, Director of LLC "Tavoiar." Each of them shared unique experiences and practical knowledge in their respective fields, which will undoubtedly be valuable for the students in the future.



Volodymyr Kukhata shared his experience working at Bosh Service Autodrome Lutsk, emphasising the importance of integrating young specialists into the team. "33% of our employees are graduates who have just completed their studies," Volodymyr highlighted.
Volodymyr Volynchuk discussed the challenges and specifics of operating a transport company during martial law and conducting international transportation.



Tetiana Voitovych focused on the transport and warehouse logistics of BM Parts, delving into innovation and efficiency in this field.



The lecture took place in an atmosphere of active dialogue and experience sharing. Students had the opportunity to ask the professionals questions and receive answers and recommendations from leading industry specialists.
At the end of the lecture, essential words of gratitude were expressed by the Dean of the Faculty, Ihor Murovanyi, and the Head of the Department, Vasyl Onyshchuk. They emphasised the event's significance for developing students' professional skills and expressed their gratitude to the lecturers for their contribution to the educational process and the development of the future generation of specialists.



This event was an excellent example of productive interaction between the university, students, and employers, creating a strong connection for our students' further professional development and career growth.
