Thanks to a recent top-up of €10 million from the European Commission under the Marie-Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA), the MSCA4Ukraine scheme will be able to support additional researchers displaced from Ukraine.

The new call for applications is expected to lead to the award of approximately 50 doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships. The call and all related documents and templates are available on the MSCA4Ukraine website, and a recording of a recent webinar providing additional information is available on YouTube. The online portal will be open for submission of applications from 5 August to 5 September 2024.

The EU-funded MSCA4Ukraine scheme currently supports 125 researchers, enabling them to continue their work at academic and non-academic organisations in EU member states and Horizon Europe associated countries, while maintaining their connections to research and innovation communities in Ukraine. To learn more about the impact of MSCA4Ukraine so far, please have a look at this video playlist, which includes messages from current fellows and previous training materials.
