On March 15-17, 2023, the international festival "sTARTUp Day 2023" took place in the city of Tartu (Estonia), in which about 3,000 participants took part. sTARTUp Day is the largest business festival in the Baltic States, which unites startups, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and students, and also provides great opportunities for making new contacts and getting to know cases and business trends from leading companies.
The program of the event included various directions - from marketing to space technologies, fundraising for the "smart city", artificial intelligence and creative economy. The most interesting startup projects were presented on such topics as AI, EdTech, FemTech and HealthTech. The Ukrainian delegation had the opportunity to participate in this amazing event: headed by Ihor Taran, Director General of the Science and Innovation Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, representatives of YEP and our colleagues - winners of the final projects pitching of the joint StarterAcademia program with the University of Tartu - Associate Professor of the Department of Software Engineering, Olena Surynovych, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Security, Mykola Rydynets and their colleague from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Professor Mykhailo Kuzheliev.
