Students and lecturers of the educational and professional programme of the second (master's) level of higher education "Food technology and restaurant industry" visited Zabiaka LLC. On the basis of the enterprise, the class was held within the discipline "Innovative Technologies of Food Production and Restaurant Management", during which students got acquainted with modern production technologies sausage products and meat delicacies. The event was held under the project "Accelerating Innovation and Entrepreneurial Excellence in Higher Education Institutes" (AccEnt Project).

During the on-site training, the participants had the opportunity to see how the technological process goes from the initial processing of raw materials to the packaging of finished products on modern technological equipment in compliance with all the requirements of the Hazard analysis and critical control points, necessary for the production of a high-quality and safe food product.
