Peter Hearne is a director of B4RN Social Enterprise (https://b4rn.org.uk/), investor and developer of the B4RN project. Peter has been participating in volunteer social initiatives for more than 30 years.

May 18-21, 2021. Module 1: The concept of social entrepreneurship in rural areas
The essence of social entrepreneurship. Possibilities of establishing social enterprises in rural areas. Networking and innovation. Innovative practices of establishing social enterprises. Examples of the use of cross-industry cooperation of social entrepreneurs in Great Britain.
June 14-17, 2021. Module 2: Corporate identity, locality and marketing.
Identity and development of social entrepreneurship in rural areas. Entrepreneurial identity: existing and desired; how to develop it. Moral imperatives. Determination of goals and long-term orientation. International marketing.
July 12-15, 2021. Module 3: Entrepreneurial leadership and digitalization
Individual and team leadership. Leadership styles. Ethical leadership. Autonomy and cooperation in entrepreneurship. The social identity of entrepreneurship. Digitalization workshops will enable participants to understand the technological and organizational aspects of e-commerce and assess the associated threats and opportunities.
September 7-8, 2021. Pitching of social entrepreneurship ideas
Participants will be asked to present their social entrepreneurship projects to mentors and invited representatives of communities and authorities.

The project has a scientific and educational nature with a competence approach and is aimed at improving both the professional (hard) and flexible (soft) skills of a modern student. The task of the project is to attract colleagues from the EU and domestic scientific institutions with the aim of expanding the network of contacts for possible further cooperation in the educational and scientific space through mentoring and transfer of experience.
