З 01.12.2023 починається реалізація проекту Digital Transformation of HEIs Education Process in Ukraine and Moldova for Sustainable Engagement with Enterprises – DIGITRANS. В рамках підготовки до реалізації проекту відбулася стартова онлайн-конференція з партнерами, на якій обговорили організацію роботи над проектом, проведення стартової зустрічі, порядок денний зустрічі.
Проект DIGITRANS спрямований на підвищення можливостей працевлаштування випускників, підтримку сталого розвитку та створення робочих місць в Україні та Молдові шляхом впровадження таких заходів:
- інтеграція досліджень і навчання таким чином, щоб студенти мали можливість проводити наукові дослідження в партнерських університетах і на підприємствах;
- розробка інноваційних освітніх програм щодо екологічного та енергоефективного режиму електротехніки, інформаційних та комп’ютерних систем, кібербезпеки, техніки автоматичного керування, електричного та електронного обладнання, інженерії та менеджменту на автомобільному транспорті, електромобільних засобів, автомобілебудування;
- розробка та впровадження в навчальний процес програм подвійних дипломів між європейськими та українськими, молдавськими університетами;
- запровадження інноваційних схем практичного навчання, тісно пов’язаних з бізнесом, наприклад, стажування, професійні курси на підприємствах тощо;
- цифровізація освіти з практичним навчанням студентів за окремими програмами, які потребує бізнес, напр. специфічне програмне забезпечення для діагностики, ремонту та обслуговування сучасного виду транспорту тощо;
- розвиток віртуальної та дистанційної практики (лабораторії), напр. класи для моделювання, симуляції, побудови та налагодження моделей тощо;
- розробка Sharing Remote Experiment Environment як цифрової розподіленої освітньої інфраструктури, що підтримує екосистему цифрового навчання;
- надання можливості викладачам та студентам, які є внутрішньо переміщеними особами, біженцями, бути залученими до навчального процесу через цифрову екосистему навчання DIGITRANS.
Цілі проекту будуть досягнуті за допомогою заходів та діяльності:
- Буде розроблено та модернізовано 6 нових курсів та лабораторних практикумів для бакалаврів та магістрів у рамках 2 навчальних програм, які будуть модернізовані та акредитовані в Міністерстві освіти і науки України;
- Освітня програма: Автомобільний транспорт, Автомобільний транспорт;
- Навчальні курси: Теорія експлуатаційних властивостей автомобіля, Підприємства автомобільного транспорту. Частина 1. Проектування підприємств автомобільного транспорту. Частина 2. Організація і управління, Технічна експлуатація автомобілів, Підприємства автомобільного транспорту. Частина 3. Якість виробничих процесів, Управління транспортними процесами.

Project 3D4U will achieve the following results:
- Three (3) 3D-hubs set up at and equipped with appropriate HW and SW for 3D Modeling and prototyping in 3 Ukraine HEIs.
- 15 faculties from Ukraine HEIs will be trained in 3DConcepts by reputable researchers and experts from EU HEIs.
- At least 6 courses in 3D Concepts at Ukraine HEIs will be developed and/or modernized.
- 1 standardized training program will be developed for the continued learning of working professionals in the Fashion Industry.
- 6 industry-driven pilot projects in 3D Concepts will be developed in Ukraine, one in each participating department of the HEIs.
- 100 senior UG and PG students will be taught through the developed and modernized semester-long courses.
- 50 working professionals in Fashion from other Ukraine HEIs related to fashion or management will be formally introduced in 3D concepts through the specialized seminars.
Project 3D4U envisions achieving the following impact:
- Development of highly knowledgeable and skilled human resources in 3D Concepts in Ukraine.
- Promotion of knowledge generation in 3D Concepts through basic and applied research.
- Development of 3D Concepts based design of diverse fashion products, based on textile and leather.
- Promotion of competencies, capacity building, and training to nurture innovation and start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs in 3D concepts.
- Internationalization and modernization of Ukraine HEIs by connecting them with global efforts in modern fashion education.
Project results will not be limited to the participating HEIs but the knowledge will be transferred to other HEIs in Ukraine in establishing more similar hubs, thus creating a research innovation and training network, which will continue to operate after the end of the current project.

The international team of 3D4U project experts held several meetings with colleagues within the Première Vision -International Exhibition framework in Paris. From yarn to fabric, clothing and accessories, it is where connections are made between the various players in the sector, highlighting new products and innovative solutions from suppliers worldwide and supporting the search for creative materials to develop their future collections. No wonder the slogan of the exhibition "The Art & Heart of Fashion"

The main goal of the “Open Practices, Transparency and Integrity for Modern Academia" (OPTIMA) project is to implement Open Science practices in Ukraine to improve the quality of National higher education services.
In general, the project aims at improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine by increasing the level of academic integrity through bringing open practices and transparency to relevant content and services, as well as through the modernisation and internationalization of Ukrainian HEIs. We consider introducing open practices as a quality assurance process and their means (IT solutions and international virtual community) as a quality assurance mechanism.
The project includes 3 specific objectives:
- Introducing a new quality assurance mechanism – an online open peer review platform for transparent research results in evaluation at academic conferences in Ukrainian HEIs.
- Foster EU-Ukrainian cooperation and internationalization of Ukrainian HEIs by building an international online virtual community of peer reviewers and researchers within the online peer review platform.
- Raising awareness on academic integrity and Open Science, improvement of open practices and Open Science skills at Ukrainian HEIs and society at large through the implementation of new subjects on open practices within modernised academic courses and open online courses.

University teachers` certification centres: innovative approach to promotion teaching excellence (UTTERLY)
Мета: Сприяти модернізації системи вищої освіти в Україні, запроваджуючи університетські центри підвищення кваліфікації для просування європейських освітніх інновацій шляхом професійної сертифікації викладачів університетів.
Цілі проєкту:
1. Модернізувати існуючу систему професійного розвитку та сертифікації викладачів університетів в Україні, шляхом створення 9 незалежних Центрів Досконалості Викладання (ЦДВ) з подальшим об’єднанням їх у мережу, що дозволить підвищити рівень якості викладання в університетах.
Створення ЦДВ дозволить викладачам університетів отримати альтернативну, якісну та доступну можливість підвищення кваліфікації та сертифікації з розширенням пропозицій вибору місця її проходження. Це збільшить мотивацію до постійного підвищення професійної кваліфікації, використання успішного європейського досвіду для покращення навчального процесу та забезпечення вищої якості освіти. ЦДВ та постійно зростаючий пул випускників зможуть забезпечити широкий та стійкий вплив на підвищення рівня кваліфікації викладачів у системі вищої освіти України. У рамках проєкту буде покращено освітню інфраструктуру (відкриття 9 ЦДВ), створено умови для підвищення потенціалу закладів вищої освіти. Європейські університети-партнери протягом проєкту сприятимуть впровадженню та адаптації міжнародного досвіду.
2. Запровадити програми професійної сертифікації викладачів університетів на основі кращих європейських практик та освітніх інновацій для забезпечення досконалості викладання.
Спільно з європейськими та українськими експертами буде розроблено програму сертифікації викладачів. Оцінювання викладачів під час проходження стажування буде побудовано за європейськими стандартами. Усі викладачі, що пройшли сертифікацію будуть внесені до спеціально розробленої бази даних. Під час проєкту буде розроблено професійні стандарти для викладачів університету та запропоновано механізми вдосконалення регулювання атестації викладачів університету.
3. Розробити та пілотувати нову програму досконалості викладання, включаючи описи навчальних курсів та MOOC, що передбачає потреби академічного середовища в Україні та приведе до підвищення якості атестації викладачів університету.
Навчальна програма підвищення кваліфікації має відповідати сучасним викликам у вищій освіті та враховувати професійні профілі сучасного викладача університету. Сертифікація дозволить покращити викладацьку майстерність, базуючись на європейських освітніх інноваціях. Процес навчання має стати багатшим, цікавішим та більш корисним як для студентів, так і усіх зацікавлених сторін. Університети отримають кваліфікований людський капітал, що пройшов тренінги в ЄС. Буде вдосконалено систему розвитку педагогічних навичок. Впровадження нових процесів сертифікації стимулюватиме викладачів до особистого та професійного зростання.
